Terms of service

Scope. Work is defined by a written scope with a price band and a timeline, agreed before start. Changes are re-scoped, not absorbed.

Proofs. Nothing goes to press without a proof you have signed.

Ownership. On final payment, deliverables and source files transfer to you. The studio may show the work in its portfolio.

AI services. Capability claims are limited to what is stated at time of agreement; tools marked building or demo carry no performance warranty.

Liability. Limitation of liability: pending attorney review.
