The overlap

A brand model is only as good as the system underneath it.

A model can turn out a thousand images that look about right. Deciding what right means is design work, and it pays for everything built on top of it.

Design firstThen the AI it makes possible
Brand systemMarks, palette, type, and the written rules that hold them together.
the brand modelTrained on those rules, so the output is on-brand rather than on-brand-ish.
Packaging dielinesBuilt to the converter's template, press-ready, proofed before anything runs.
3D and spin viewsThe same artwork rendered, so you can sell it internally before it is printed.
Voice guidelinesHow the brand sounds, written down well enough for someone else to follow.
the descriptions written in itA catalogue's worth of copy, written against that document rather than against a guess.
Script and voice directionWhat gets said, and how it should sound when someone says it.
narration at lengthProduct video, training material, and the rest of the library you would not book a booth for.
Retouched product imagesA set done by hand, to the standard the rest have to match.
the model that does the next thousandTrained on those, measured against them, and checked before anything ships.
Artwork templatesBuilt once, with the rules for what can move and what cannot.
the automation that fills themEvery size, every locale, every SKU, without a person opening the file.
Spec and sell sheetsLaid out once, so the numbers have somewhere to land.
the pipeline that keeps them currentSpecs in from wherever they live, sheets back out, without a retype.

Why the order matters

Every pairing above runs left to right. The design work produces the rules; the AI work applies them at a volume a person cannot. Run it the other way and you get output nobody can approve, because there is no document that says what approval means.

You can buy either half on its own, and the second is a decision you make after you have seen the first. Most people arrive for one and stay for both, but nothing here is a package you have to take whole.
