A wordmark and a mark for an innovation consultancy, drawn to be used apart as well as together. The wordmark stacks the three words in capitals. The mark is a lightbulb whose filament is drawn as a cog. The horizontal lockup sets the two side by side, and the bulb carries the name small across the base of its glass so it can stand on its own where the lockup will not fit. Both accepted.
